The mission of Ecuador Mi País is to make it possible for Ecuadorian children and youths to have equal opportunities to access the best education, regardless of their ethnic or socioeconomic background or their gender.

In Ecuador, not enough resources are spent on education and we believe that with the help of fellow citizens and friends we can help build a more forward-looking and united country.

These were the goals that we had when we created Edusemillas, an ambitious program that our organization has created in order to give scholarships to poor children and youths of Ecuador. We firmly believe that Edusemillas will help us create a better future for hundreds of children and youths who really need our help. With your monthly contributions, Ecuador Mi País will continue investing in dreams and our people's talent.

Our scholarships holders

Edusemillas works with foundations that contribute towards the education of children, who are not able to continue attending school due to financial problems. We are currently working with the following non-profit organizations:

• Escuela Fe y Alegría (Cuenca, Azuay province)
• Casa Victoria (Quito, Pichincha province)
• Programa del Muchacho Trabajador (Manta, Manabí and Esmeraldas, Esmeraldas province)

We hope that you will help us so that this important project can attain its goals. On behalf of our scholarship holders, Ecuador Mi País would like to thank you for your generosity and trust.

With a monthly contribution of US$ 25, you will help a child or youth attend classes and encourage their parents to send them to school.

Your monthly contribution will cover the following expenses:

• School supplies
• Uniforms
• School enrollment expenses
• Monthly fees to help them attend primary school or high school

You will also be able to create a special friendship with the child or youth, so that he or she can continue attending school, thanks to your help. Ecuador Mi País will send you two letters per year written by the child and also the final grade report.
