Matheus
Esteban has been a loyal supporter of Ecuador Mi País, offering pro bono architectural help for Casa Victoria. Originally from Ecuador and now living in Canada, he is an Architect passionate about sustainable, energy-efficient designs. He is currently helping rebuild a small family home after a devastating fire.

Susan
Werderman
Susan has visited Ecuador five times, offering love, care, and support to children in both rural and urban communities around the country. A proud grandmother of three, she’s known for her hospitality and impecable home decor talents. She lives in the USA, with her husband, Gene.

I was born in Quito and moved to the USA two years ago. I'm currently studying Biology at the University of Chicago. In my free time, I enjoy baking and reading. Growing up, I witnessed Casa Victoria's incredible impact on the community, and I'm thrilled to now contribute to their meaningful work.

María del Carmén Mateus
Originally from Ecuador, Maria del Carmen moved to Fairfax, VA, in 2000. With a background in Middle School Education, she works with Fairfax County Public Schools and volunteers with us. She’s a mother of two and grandmother of two lively grandkids.

Bart y Linda
Tarman
Bart and Linda helped create the vision for Casa Victoria and have visited Ecuador many times. Linda is a Spiritual Director, and Bart is a retired minister and artist. They have been an incredible support and encouragement team for all of us at Casa Victoria for 3 decades!

Roberto
Andrade
Roberto founded Ecuador Mi País and led it as President from 2005-2011, establishing its structure and securing scholarships for Ecuadorian students. He lives in Washington, DC, and continues supporting Casa Victoria.

Bernardo Darquea Vanessa Bustamante
They both played crucial roles in Ecuador Mi País.Bernardo managed information systems and still helps with tech needs. Vanessa, as Legal Advisor, handled incorporation and 501(c)(3) status and continues to assist with Foundation matters.

Ben
Merrill
Ben is writer and editor from Georgia, he became involved with Casa Victoria after his daughter’s mission trip to Quito. For nearly a decade, he has supported our community by providing supplies, care, and ongoing support, grateful to serve in Christ’s name.

Carolina
Matheus
Carolina is the cofounder of Casa Victoria Foundation, she played a key role in building the connection between Ecuador Mi País and Casa Victoria. Her passion for helping vulnerable children has been a driving force behind both organizations.
Meet our incredible team at Casa Victoria
Our amazing team includes Victor Gaspar, who inspires kids with his sports coaching; Eve Anillo, who instills Christian values; Wendy Badillo, who helps our kids with their homework; Erika Guaña, a Casa Victoria alumni who is now Programs Coordinator; and Yarmina Benítez, who prepares the children’s daily meals. Each one plays a crucial role in supporting and enriching the lives of our kids.
Mamalicia and Dan
Our wonderful Director, Mamalicia, with her husband Dan. They both are like mom and dad to all the kids and personnel at Casa Victoria. Children love them both for everything they do and their commitment to the Organization.
